• Fire
  Forever Clay's tiles go under an exclusive fire flash process to create one of a kind tile with colonial authenticity. This process results in tiles that are truly state of the art. Tiles are fired for 20 hours at 1,500 degrees Fahrenheit. Upon completion of the firing cycle, tiles cool down for over a two day period. This slow cooling process allows the tiles to go through thermal changes in a way that minimizes any cracking in the tile. Only when the tiles are completely cooled is the oven opened and tiles are removed and prepared for shipment.

• Water
  Spring water used to mix with clay is passed through several filtration systems. The filtration process removes unwanted chemicals before mixing with clay and prior to firing and molding. Using filtered spring water assures a high quality finished on every single clay roof tile
